SpeedStrength Sports Academy is the area’s premier facility for specialty performance training and evaluation. Featuring Keiser Air performance equipment, our certified personal trainers work with individual athletes or teams to reach their dreams.
Using Keiser Air performance equipment, the most effective and safest resistance equipment on the market, we push individuals to reach their highest potential. Our trainers have the ability to train athletes at any speed and at any resistance with little to no impact.

Located in an 8,000 square foot box featuring turf, a speed track and a monster rig, our members have access to the best equipment and trainers in the industry.

1 hour long, baseline assessment, 1 on 1 session with more time to get the athlete prepared for each portion of the test.
$50 a session
Weight, height, and speed strength test only (approximately 60 minutes minimum – determined by number of athletes) all athletes must be present and tested on the same date for team rate.
- 2-9 Athletes - $25/per athlete
- 10-20 Athletes - $20/per athlete
Team Training Rate
Speed, strength, agility, conditioning, and flexibility. Athletes must pay prior to starting team training, testing is conducted at the beginning and end of 4 weeks.
4 weeks sessions
- 1x a week - $35 per athlete
- 2x a week - $45 per athlete
- 3x a week – $55 per athlete
1 on 1 Elite Performance Training
1st meeting is a 30 minute consultation to determine (bio, baseline SpeedStrength assessment, setup next appointment).
after consult - $65/hour per session
1 on 1 Personal Training
- $50/hour for single session
- $48/hour for 5 sessions
- $40/hour for 10 sessions

Athletes that come to SpeedStrength will be tested in the following :
40 yard dash (best of 3), bench press test for peak power (watts), agility shuttle run (best of 3), squat test for peak power (watts), vertical jump (best of 3), and broad jump (best of 3). After they test, their results are run through a database. This database can rank all athletes that have come in to test. They can be ranked by any of the above testing criteria, age group, school, team and a number of other ways.
Elite performance testing is another option for athlete at SpeedStrength, sport specific designed speed, strength, and conditioning programs. 1 on 1 setting that the athlete can use the state of the art equipment. They will work directly with a trainer and have access to Zephyrs during the elite performance testing.
